Delivery

UK orders are shipped via DPD.

  • Orders placed before 15:00 Monday through Thursday will be dispatched Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

UK orders to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, UK Offshore Islands (the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man and Scilly Isles) and Northern Island are shipped via DPD Standard Delivery and will arrive within two to five days from the time of order.

Tracking information and your allocated 1-hour delivery slot will be sent to the email address and mobile number that was input during checkout once your order is shipped.

Follow the link within the email or SMS sent to you with tracking information and your allocated 1-hour delivery slot to action the following changes to your delivery:

  • Change your delivery day.
  • Leave your item in a safe place.
  • Deliver your item to a neighbour.

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.
  • The goods were not used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. All returns must be sent via an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty

Our limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, physical goods or parts of a physical good that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

We will either repair the physical goods at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the physical goods with new physical goods or refurbished physical goods of the same condition

We will cover the cost of any required postage.

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from us is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by general wear and tear, improper use of the physical goods, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Our limited warranty does not cover any physical goods that have been opened or tampered with. Such actions will void this Limited Warranty.

Klarna may use a soft credit search with a credit reference agency. This does not affect your credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna.

Neither Klarna nor Orkan runs credit searches that could impact your credit rating.

This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

To use Klarna in the UK you must be a UK resident with a UK residential address, over 18 years old and have a valid payment card registered to a UK bank account.

Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna.
